Warranty Policy & RMA Service
Magic Power Technology Co., Ltd. prides ourselves with high quality products and will stand behind any dissatisfaction among our customers.
1. Validity and effectiveness
- Warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped from Magic Power Technology Co., Ltd. referring to invoice date.
- All medical products (MPM, approved with IEC/EN/UL 60601-1 regulations) shipped from Magic Power Technology Co., Ltd. since week 28, July of 2009; provide warranty up to 3 years and others would be up to 2 years.
2. Exclusive and warranty range
- Any physical damage, including the dc fan(s), will avoid any warranty terms.
- The use of the unit outside of the specified range will avoid any warranty terms.
- External impacts as flash over, dielectric strength high voltage (Hi-pot) etc will avoid any warranty terms.
- Magic Power Technology Co., Ltd warrants to the original purchaser only.
- Magic Power Technology Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for any lost packages and or accessories during shipping.
- For out of warranty products, Magic Power Technology Co., Ltd. will provide an estimated repair cost before any work is started.
- Lost serial number products would be arranged as out of warranty.
- If RMA unit is found with no failure, product(s) will be returned freight collect with necessary return shipping cost and investigation cost.
- If a unit is found to be beyond economical repair or damaged for improper use of users, you will be notified by your customer service representative and further options can be discussed at that time.
3. Conditions and delivery
- In-warranty products will be repaired, or replaced at Magic Power Technology's expense and decision.
- In-warranty products could be returned back to Magic Power Technology Co., Ltd. for repairing with authorized RMA number in the most economy way based on the actual situation. Return shipping cost would be each trip covered by the original purchaser and Magic Power Technology Co., Ltd.
4. Return Material Authorization (RMA) process
In order to ensure the fastest and most accurate processing of your product repair, please contact your local Magic Power Technology Customer Service Representative for an RMA number before returning your product for repair. Products returned to us without a RMA number will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Please offer failure description to your customer service representative.
- For warranty verification purposes, please confirm that the serial number of the unit being returned is indicated.
- You will be contacted with an RMA number and return instructions after receiving both failure description and serial number.
- All request serial numbers must match with the original invoice.
- Please clearly reference the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container, with any additional documentation that you may wish to include, inside the box. Item without RMA number will not be accepted. All returns, whether for credit or warranty repair/replacement must have a RMA number.
